Force, elegance and femininity. Those were the three words I had on my mind when I first got in contact with Casper Heijkenskjöld from Glasyr Studio regarding the design of the visual identity for my newly started film production company Walenciak Film. When Casper presented his first draft of a selection of identities, I was struck by Casper's obvious ability to listen closely and interpret creatively. Two qualities that I've had a hard time finding in previous collaborations of this kind. I ended up with an identity that I connect to emotionally every time I look at it, which means a lot to me, since Walenciak Film is such a personal endeavor. Furthermore the identity makes a spectacular impression when I'm representing my film projects around the world, which naturally is of enormous value. I am looking forward to collaborating with Casper and his colleagues at Glasyr Studio regarding future projects.
Walenciak Film was started by the talented film producer Julie Friis Walenciak. She works with films and productions in a broad range of genres, but what they all have in common is the high quality of the content.
Julie Walenciak contacted Glasyr to design the visual presence for her new company, a visual identity that matched and communicated the high quality and standard of her work.
An identity for the silver screen. Glasyr created a striking logo portraying a W appearing in a beam of light. Based on that a unique word mark, and a small logo version was created, making the identity work on multiple platforms. The use of silver foil gives a nostalgic reference to the silver screen, resulting in a classic, beautiful and intriguing visual presence.
